It started with a phone call that was answered by Lilly. In other words, I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back. After having a nice conversation with Lilly, I knew that her company Welcome Home was the one for our family. She explained how it all works and was very helpful in navigating us through the process. Also, Lilly is a great communicator and kept my family informed through the entire process. She did what she said she would do and that is true and fact!!
